PlexConnect <string> unavailable

Receiving PlexConnect unavailable, where is playlist, library or channel depending on what is being accessed.  PlexConnect had been working since June 2nd, but has recently stopped working.  The PlexConnect.log file gives the reason as "unauthorized".  Not sure if this is the actual error, which I cannot figure out why, or if it is a symptom and the problem is something else.

More information, I am a "Friend" with someone on Plex.TV.  Their "Shared Library" shows up on AppleTV and I can access/play their media.  I just can't access my own !!

Your local PMS doesn't seem to be fully published. Try re-publishing it with plex.tv...

I'm sorry, but how do you "re-publish" my PMS?

PMS->Preferences->Server->Remote Access. Check for a red exclamation mark and press "Retry" if something is wrong...

Sign out/ in, in remote access tab via server tab in plexweb.

There was a red exclamation mark on Server->Remote Access.  Ended up restarting my router, then restarting PMS.  This resolved the problem.
