what is your DNS in the settings.cfg file?

I suggest you follow the "Read before Posting" pinned thread and provide all information.

You are right

i fix some things like the static ip address and now all my apps in ATV are working but when going to trailers i am getting "Trailers in unavailable. Try again later" message .

here is my Terminal output and my system file . my static mac ip address is 10.0.0.15

Also here is Mac Settings in network :

change loglevel = High in the settings.cfg and then prodice the contrents of the plexconnect, log so we can look at it

Again, please read the pinned thread " Read Before Posting" specifically the troubleshooting section and post all the information as it makes assisting you so much easier if we have all the information.

OK hope now this info will be alright

I can't see anything in there that stands out; my guess would be a certificate problem. But maybe someone else can see an issue with the config.

My guess is certs also. You can use terminal to generate new certs by typing sudo su then navigating to your support/OSX folder then typing ./createcert.bash or you can use OpenConnect in my signature that guides you how to load them as well. If that doesnt work I would look at your firewall, antivirus, or other apps/programs installed that could be blocking communication from your atv to your mac host. How long has the OS been installed on your mac?

Thanks guys - I had a plexconnect working well until I have changed my router. Since the problem I have installed the plexconnect from the begging and update the ATV firmware.

Maybe something with your new router settings is the issue. Have you changed any settings on your mac? How is your network setup exactly from your isp to your mac?

You can see in one of my first posts the screen shot of my network settings . The only thing I did with the router is to update my username and password and everything else is the default. The only strange thing is that my IP address in my ATV is DHCP 10.0.0.5 no?

Why is that strange?

So you're currently seeing all the stock ATV apps work, but no PlexConnect? Earlier, when it was the other way around (Plex fine, but nothing else), what exactly did you "fix"?

I don’t really remember - the only thing I remember is when I changed the ATV network settings to auto DNS I had all the apps working and when I changed it back to my Mac DNS I had the plex working but no network in the other apps - but sines than I reinstalled everything and have this new issue

Ok - I’m happy to say that I fixed the problem . As all of you said it was the certs problem. I did it with the USB way and now everything is working .

Many thanks
