Cool (^_^)
Love it !
I have cleaned up the posts from the last couple of hours. In case some of you don't understand some of the replies above.
@Cyberon: Please do not take the bait, and try not to feel like they want to hurt you. Most (proabaly all of these guys/gals) are passionate nerds that want to get max out of their Plex experience. Not all are very equipped in the art of conveying feedback. Much as you are not equipped in taking feedback. I think this is partly due to a language barrier.
@The rest of you: You have seen that there is a language barrier here (partly at least). When someone bites back, please understand that they are likely biting back because they have been insulted by what you wrote even though that is far from what you meant. Simply swallow it, and get on. This is something we need to learn in this community. There are so many passionate users and developers from several cultures that we need to find a way to co-exist. And behaving 5 years under your actual age is seldom the way to solve it. The reason why you are in this thread is not to piss someone off. I haven't seen a single troll in here yet. Just people getting pissed off for things that they can shrug off by getting a beer before responding :)
I see what you mean when you say you had a iOS and android feature to control plexify prior or OpenConnect's development. I mean no harm in saying I don't believe you had a complete device wide web-based option to control your app prior to me developing OpenConnect though. What I really believe will be a benefit to the all end users would be a web-based control interface for devices even outside the realm of iOS and android. I'm just looking for a way to allow all users on any mobile or non-mobile device a way to interface with your app and mine alike in their own respective manners. I'm not looking to tell you how to design your app but just look at the doors this will open if we both look into making an additional way for users to control plexconnect by having a web-based option with whatever code desired. I'm sure all users would like a way to control PlexConnect on any web-browser on any device anywhere in the world without the need of an app if desired to control PlexConnect. I'm just making a very basic app as you know with applescript. In OpenConnect having a cgi option to give users freedom to control PlexConnect creates better functionality in the long run for the time being. We are both adults here and I'm not looking to say my app/features are better then yours or vice versa so I hope you don't take what I'm saying in that sense. Just keep an open mind so we can both give the end users as many options as possible. If you can import a similar WebConnect method to control PlexConnect into your app I believe it will benefit everyone for a local/remote solution alike. Just take a look at it, having this or a similar option in my opinion should be a core feature for any app to bridge this gap that should not be overlooked for web-based PlexConnect control. Good luck with everything and hope you can take this into consideration to create a better experience for everyone ;)@wahlman.j Thanks for proposal, but Plexify had that feature even before you started developing OpenConnect.
P.S. Xcode is just an IDE, Objective-C is a language, LLVM is a compiler infrastructure, Cocoa is an application programming interface (API)...

well, i guess that is that then...
no tears here, this thread was getting quite out of hand.
now, let's get back to making PlexConnect even better.
cheers,
