I want to use .plexignore to exclude anything that does not contain a specific string. Is that possible? I’ve been searching in the forums and the docs, and I can’t seem to find anything.

That would the exact opposite function: A “.PlexInclude” function.
It is meant to ignore only that small subset of files stored in your media.
While I don’t know your usage case but my initial thought is “Perhaps you should consider curating your media differently?”
