Just a lil thing, im listening music on Kodi trought PKC, i like to have my Plex playlists into Kodi, but when listening to music from plex/PKC playlists, i dont get the fanarts slideshow working (that works when listening trought artist libraries for instance). Not sure if its related to PKC or Kodi/Artis slideshow addon.
And after all these years without the ability to watch HDR content on Kodi-Windows, they finally made it with Kodi 19.
I got Kodi installed on my AppleTV 4k via Xcode. I cant seem to install PKC on it due to no USB C. I tried the google drive method and a url link to a zip file but no luck. Any advice how to get this installed?
If you already installed pkc successfully from the repo, there’s no need to do anything! You will receive auto updates.
(you simply don’t have the PKC source enabled as explained in the wiki, installation step 1, with no down-side though as you only really need the PKC repo)
I’m trying to setup 4 separate home menu entries with widgets for 4 libraries – Movies, TV shows, Documentary films and Documentary series – which (I think) I’m doing the recommended way, by setting up Video Library - Video Add-On - PlexKodiConnect - Movies (with Plex icon) as a shortcut and Video Library - Video Add-On - PlexKodiConnect - Movies (with Plex icon) - On Deck as a widget.
Now when I click the menu entry it just opens some file explorer instead of showing me the widget.
What am I doing wrong?
I’m using Kodi 18.7 on the OSMC Vero 4k+ with the Titan Bingie skin and the latest PKC build.
These were the guides I used:
Is it possible to get “Recently Added Episodes” like the Plex Hub, multiple episodes bundled as season and multiple seasons bundled as TV Show… but then with the Kodi library? I mean Kodi library loads so much faster then the Plex Hub but I like the bundled episodes…
@croneter I can do it with the addon Skin Helper Service but then it will show multiple seasons instead of bundle it to tv show. And it will show episode 10 as title for example, not Season 1 or something. So Plex Hub is still te best but loads very slow unfortunately… Thanks anyway!
