Download the Plex Media Server App
When I click on it - it will open and ask to be moved to the Applications folder. I complete that and then nothing else will happen.
I have gone through and done all of the uninstall steps, deleted any items from the computer including the terminal commands. Resertarted the computer several times and still no dice.
Did you actually start/run the server after you dragged it to the applications folder?
PMS won’t bring up any app windows while it’s running… but you should see the Plex icon in the Mac‘s menu bar (chevron). That icon has a context menu option to open the server‘s web app — alternatively you can open http://127.0.0.1:32400/web from a browser on the same machine to finish the setup (incl. claiming your server / linking it to your account).
