PlexMediaServer-1.15.4.993 - Last version standing while all else failed

Somehow I couldn’t get the newer version of the Server to work. It would be accessing an IP address: http://192.168.0.168:32400/web but the server will not respond. I am not networking expert and couldn’t figure out why.

I always have to uninstall Plex Media Server from my NAS, reboot the NAS, reinstall PlexMediaServer-1.15.4.993 to access my Plex library on NAS. I don’t have the same issue with newer versions of Plex server when they are installed on either of my two MacBook Pros.

Any thoughts or suggestions?
