PlexMediaServer-1.32.7.7621 broke remote access

It worked fine on: PlexMediaServer-1.32.5.7516
Manualy set port 32400.

Any idea’s how to “rollback”?

DSM does not allow direct downgrade.

  1. Uninstall the package. Use the Uninstall Only (KEEP) option – first radio button
  2. Now install the desired version.

Remote access being broken does not point to PMS version.

Remote Access showing as broken is because PMS restarted and couldn’t get connected again.

In almost all cases this is a firewall / port forwarding issue.
