I’m not sure why everything went so bad, I can’t figure it out. But the point that I had to be in the same network to claim it again was one factor, cleaning out the credentials another one, and then somehow the utility worked better than the UI?
I had also removed the custom letsencrypt certificate from it to make sure, but that was probably not part of the problem, at least I’ve put it back without any issues.
I’m contemplating moving Plex back to LAN as it currently always thinks it’s not local (even though I’ve entered the IP ranges as local), but I really don’t like to have ports open to LAN systems, but that’s another issue apart from this, and for another thread
