New to all this have paid for the plexpass but on my box and tablet it’s still asking me to join plexpass
Hmmm… it seems like Plex is not aware of that. Here you’re also listed as non-Plex Pass user (otherwise you’ll see a “Plex Pass” label next to your forum name).

did you get plex pass, or did you just unlock the mobile app ?
app unlock, is not plex pass.
Sorted I paid with PayPal and the pass didn’t come through
Repair with Google and all is ok Plex refunded my PayPal
