PlexPy New user recognize as ''Local'' and I can t see them on User and no history

Hi,
I m using PlexPy since 8 month, everything works perfectly until today…

I have 20 friends on my Plex, and plexpy recognize everybody.

Since 3 days I have 2 more friends who joined my Plex server, everything work well except on PlexPy, when they are watching a video, PlexPley show me ‘’ Local ’ instead of their names, and I can t see them on the user list.

For the 20 other users no problem, I can see them on the user list.
