Shared user missing, shows up as local when streaming

Player Version#: Plex for Visio

In the last few weeks I’ve noticed a unknown local user streaming content. I tried to pinpoint who it was but i could only get the ip. I logged out of my server changed password, kicked out all devices and the local user still shows up. Today I just noticed in the plex local desktop app a friend who i added over 2 years ago is streaming something but in Tautulli the only name and ip showing up is the local user. I spoke to the firend and i confirmed it was them but they are not visible in my shared friends list so i cant edit or remove access. I tried to add them in but i get the message the user is already added. I told them log out and log back in to see if it changes anything but they forgot password. I’m waiting on them to reset and log in.

Login with your credentials to https://www.plex.tv/ and go to my account -> settings. You can manage friends there.

Tried that, user is not visible there.

The user logged into their account an is still able to access my streams but I can’t see their username. InTautulli, clicking on Local User gives " Error retrieving user information. Please see the logs for more details. “. Logs show: WARNING and the real user name of the individual. Trying to add them gives this message " You’re already sharing this server with blablahblah. Please edit your existing share.”
