It would be great to have some help with a small issue we are having. We have shared out Plex account with around 10 other friends. When viewing movies, some of the users information (e.g. movie watched, last seen etc) is displaying in the ‘Users’ panel, but not for all. For example, there is a user (let’s call them User Steve) that we know viewed a full movie on our server, it came up on the homepage activity feed of PlexPy but their log (within both the ‘Users’ and ‘History’ panel shows no information for them at all and says that the user has never logged in.
What could be causing this issue? Within the Logs page, it does show some general ‘Unable to retrieve sync data for user.’ entries. Could this be it? If so, what would cause some users to have their information displayed within our logs and not all?

The Sync data error is expected if you are not syncing to the cloud. Is web sockets enabled? Also, myself and many others would have saw this post sooner had you posted in the PlexPy forum thread.
Thank you so much Forbik. Sorry about the late reply. I managed to get it working eventually and it seemed to just fix itself. It works a dream now and as required.
