[SOLVED] Plex Shared Users Not Showing

Server Version#: 1.16.1.1291 (unRAID - official Plexinc Docker)
Player Version#: Plex Web App

For some reason today some of my shared users are no longer listed when I check under Users in the Plex Web app (app.plex.tv). I’ve also tried a local connection at ip:32400 and the same users are missing.

But users that were previously authorized can still connect and stream. Their activity still shows in the Plex web app dashboard and Tautulli is still logging their access.

I had an unusual occurrence yesterday where about 40 of my library titles suddenly re-appeared in the ‘Recently Added’ list but they weren’t stuck like has previously happened when dates got ‘touched’. New content is shuffling those re-appearing items down the list as per normal. Not sure if this is related.

Regardless, I am a little puzzled and concerned that I can’t see all users who have access to my system through the Plex Web app. I do know who the users are as Tautulli still shows everyone that’s been invited/authorized. Any suggestions to fix this?

The issue has been resolved. Even though I had restarted the server and the Docker container running PMS, I never actually signed out at the plex.tv main website (where the Launch button is when signed in). After signing out and re-signing in, with no Plex clients active and the PMS stopped, the issue has corrected itself. I now have the users correctly listed in both Home and Shared Users categories.
