I need this. So far there are no good ways to read cbr etc. remotely. There are plenty of apps that allow you to link a server to download your comics into the app, but thatās not really an amazing feature, since U can store them on GDrive and download the comic from there in much the same way. What would make a Plexās reader different would be the meta data. Much as the movies and TV shows have agents, comics would use Comicvine for the library, making it much more powerful than other suggestions like Calibre or Ubooquity. Being able to click metadata like featured characters, writers and artists would make the whole thing incredible. Also, if Plex could stream them like it does with videos and music, saving us from downloading, it would cut wait times for reading comics on demand.
+1 Itās kinda crazy that there isnāt really a good app for this anywhere. Even without metadata Iād love love love this feature!
