+1, I am also using calibre but it only lets me download media to my device so I cannot track reading progress over several devices etc.

Another vote for this! After numerous frustrating experiences with Calibre, itās time to move on! Plex, please look into this. There is already so much open source code to help you get started with the conversions.

+1 also. I am not sure how it was decided to remove the channels and hence the CBR streaming. I really donāt know how Plex can determine that only 2% of plex users used pluggins. Is that 2% of active users or just 2% of all registred users? To me, streaming comics was a killer added value.

Not sure if anyone talked about Ubooquity but happy to share my setup and experience if anyone is interested.
+1 PLEASE would love to have all my media on one platform. This would definitely be my reason for getting plex pass and start building my home server.
+1 - This feature is what would make me pay for LIFETIME; because Movies, Music, etc are consumed and shared ad-hoc; but BOOKS are very intimate and āhang aroundā for days, weeks, months while we consume them when alone. The ability to organize this and provide a seamless experience with other media would be ākillerā; but make sure any eBook reader app you build has some sort of Panel-by-Panel reading mode and allow us to ātweakā. Just displaying pages is not enough and we should be able to create a ācomic bookā like experience with our Graphic Novelsā¦ Too much to ask?

With a digital comic library in excess of 10,000 comics, Plex would make sharing the comics that I have painstakingly accumulated and digitized over a 25 year period readily accessible to my kids and grandkids. That is why I use Plex for movies, tv shows and family videos. This is too important of an addon to ignore. My comics are in .CBR, .CBZ, & .PDF format. Should be a rather simple addition. I have many work files available only in .PDF format, as well.
pretty sure if you did some actual searching youād find something to organize your comic collection. we donāt need plex turned into a media organizer / office suite.
