As discussed in other topics (like this one) the 3rd party movie chapter title database chapterdb.org has been down for a while, with future status unknown. In the mean time, Plex hosts a read-only backup of the site at http://chapterdb.plex.tv/ but unfortunately when I try to query this backup site, I get a lot of 503 “Service Temporarily Unavailable” errors.
Is there anyone on the Plex team that can look into (or comment on) the errors? I’m trying to write a script that will automatically traverse a Plex movie collection folder, search for matching Chapters in the database, and update MKVs with the chapter titles.
