While I can open the ChapterDB site, the browse function is not working.

Need info about playing back mkv file chapters in plex

Chapterdb.org was a decent site to look up chapter names for movies. Unfortunately it has been offline for quite some time. Plex has a read-only archive of it at chapterdb.plex.tv. Be aware that all the data in chapterdb.org is user contributed and that chapter names and timings can vary based on DVD vs Blu-ray, country of issue, etc. So consider it a tool, but not necessarily a 100% reliable tool.

The backup is not working. Go to browse, start typing, nothing. Copy the url and put in a name, open in another tab, get an error “https//plex.tv/browse?Criteria.Title=title is not reachable at the moment”. Open up Chapter Grabber and search, 503 error.

Edit - The link you provided does not work, but my guess is that your search term isn’t producing results and the “no result” page is what is unreachable.

The link doesn’t work because there is no semicolon between the https and //. That’s copied straight from the message I was getting. I can do it now using “title” in there and it does work. Someone must have fixed something.
