PlexServer on new Synology NAS: No connection with my PS5

Server Version#: 1.21.0-3744
Player Version#: 5.22.1

I bought a Synology DS720 + and installed the PlexServer (1.21.0-3744) on it. My PS5 cannot connect to the server.

In the console I see the message:
CERT: incomplete TLS handshake: tlsv1 alert unknown ca

Another device (LG TV) works fine. With the PS5, however, I can access my “old” PlexServer without any problems. Can anybody help me?
