Plug-ins not showing on Plex app on the PS4

I wanted to see if someone knows how to get or fix the Plex app on the PS4 not displaying Plug-ins.
I was able to see this options

If this is the new Plex for PS4 app, the plugin option is probably gone, because support for plugins is dropped. See https://www.plex.tv/blog/subtitles-and-sunsets-big-improvements-little-housekeeping/

Well that’s crap. It’s the only way we can watch CW shows since we don’t have TV or support for CW in our area yet. Hulu still hasn’t released it yet and there’s no app on PS4 for it either.
