Plugin not showing in PLex client

Server Version#: most recent stable version for window 7 x64
Player Version#: Samsung tv, will have to double check

My son-in-law just installed PMS on my desktop and a plugin. The plugin works on the desktop but does not show on the Samsung tv Plex app. My son-in-law has the same plugin on his account and when he signs into my Plex client it shows the plugin section. What is the setting I’m doing wrong? I imagine something on the PMS needs to be done to allow the plugin to cast to the client

I have same problem. I can see Plugins folder in Plex web in browser, but when I open plex app in my TV , i am not seeing Online content --> Plugins folder. PLease suggest what I am missing?
