Me as well. Disabled them and it stopped crashing.
Same problem here. Turned on Plex pass. Tried to test trailers. Crashes every time.

I get same crash when playing any trailer or extra feature video.
Error messages attached as well.

Same issue here. Instant crash when trying to play back any trailer using the film-roll trailer icon.

Funny thing is that it worked, like a few weeks ago, when I was running the ancient PMP 2.7.0.806-608417d4.
I have regularly updated the server application though, so my bet would be that something happened there?

Updated to the latest versions (server and pmp) and it still crashes when clicking on the film roll to view the trailer.
It must be considered a trivial issue to let (so far) 2+ months pass without a fix or even an update, shame, it’s a feature of plex I previously used a lot.
agree. my kids keep asking me when the trailers are coming back…

I just tried the new PMP 3 preview from here: Plex Media Player 3.0 Windows and Mac forum preview
And the problem is fixed on that.
