As the title. Just try with a later version of PMP - play a trailer (that comes automatically if you have Plex pass, not one of your own) - PMP will crash.
This happens 100% of the time, with all Plex Pass trailers I have tried. The very same trailers works in the Web Client etc. Also playing various movies/videos in PMP does work fine.
Me too. Been going on since August (see thread below). Can’t seem to get any movement on this).
So i tried to do some limited trouble shooting over the weekend - PMP only crashes on my Windows 7 computers. Windows 10 and OSX, PMP and trailers works flawlessly. Given Windows 7 is at end of life, I guess I am going to need to swap out my HTPC…can’t imagine resources are going to be put into solving a problem that is on an OS that is basically dead.
