Whats the latest with PMP Embedded?
Its still on 2.2, but I see PMP is up to 2.8 now.
Another question my NUC7i3 struggles with 4k, are there any better options?
I saw the new NUC Hades Canyon, although expensive, I’m all for paying and getting something good.
Only thing is I dont think it has an IR receiver.
Is there anything else now? Or wait for NUC8 series?
I actually have been building it myself. I just set it to build every day with and upload to my onedrive account.

For the IR receiver part, I’ve been using a FLIRC. It works well with RPi or intel embedded.
@Lamarios is there an easy way to update to your build?
Just replace some files somewhere?
we have released test builds. they are not official yet, because they still need a few things fixed.

Hello, is there any update on PMP Embedded support? I am thinking of buying a newer Intel NUC in order to take advantage of PMP Embedded again (have audio issues with Kaby Lake), but want to make sure this is still a “reasonably” supported option. Thank you!
