PMP Keyboard Shortcut to jump back / forward (arrow keys not working for that)

Wondering what the keyboard shortcut is to jump 10 / 30 seconds forth and back for music as well as podcasts. For me when playing music or a podcast and using the arrow keys to skip forth and back instead move to the next track / podcast.

That’s unexpected as this KB document claims the arrow keys should jump back and forward.
