@sergiou87 remember the issue in January where you couldn’t resume video on iOS where subtitles were selected? Either turn off subs or Go to Settings -> Advanced -> Burn Subtitles and set it to Always those two work around are still in game.
Yesterday I’ve updated to latest and greatest and the same problem occurs.
The same issue occurs on Plex for Windows 10 (3.2.20-25990c77 (5/10/2017)), PMP 2.13.0.877-6e1ea2cb (Playback Error. Conversion failed. The transcoder exited due to an error) and Web App.
In every case if I turn off subtitles I can resume video in each player. Note that I can start playback from beginning with selected subtitles and it works.
Do you need logs or it might the same issue?
Some PMS logs are always helpful! And the time when it happened to pinpoint the error in the logs
