PMS 1.15.4.919 streaming users and server missing

I’ve been seeing this ever since I updated to 1.15.x.

I see double streaming users.


And if I click on any of the two “dashboard streamers” I get this page.

Then, if I click home I get this.

The only thing I can do at this point is to close out the PlexWeb tab and reopen it(via right click tray icon, Open Plex…) but see the same thing. And have the same problem as above.
I can even exit PMS altogether and restart PMS but the issue still exists.

While I can navigate any library and make administrative change there, I cannot goto most of the setting.

I have shut down PMS at the time of this because it’s become very unresponsive.
Even Tautulli is having issues communicating with your Plex Server(before I shut PMS down, of course).

Whenever I get the “no soup for you” error message, I just log out of the account and log back in on the browser using App.Plex.tv or PMP.
