  1. Start playback to make it transcode
  2. Let it play for 20 seconds
  3. Stop playback
  4. Wait 20 seconds
  5. Settings - Server - Troubleshooting - Download Logs
  6. Attach the ZIP file here please
  7. I will review

Where is PMS running?

i have pms in my synology dsm7 and windows
both have a transcoding problem despite my windows server be powerful they push my graphics card and my processor at 100% both

I can read the subtitle after activating i m french i need subtitle :smile:
