A managed user is not a real account Logon as your self, and then within the player you can switch user to the desired managed user

@dane22 I do that and then go to my home server where it says “Not authorised. You do not have access to this server” This is the issue I’m trying to resolve

My guess is then that your server lost connection with plex.tv , and needs to be reclaimed After doing so, make sure your managed users access is still present for the libraries

Tried to do that by logging out of all devices, restarting server, disabling and enabling Remote Access for server. If there is another way to do this then please advise and I will try that. Remote Access specifies the server is “Fully accessible outside your network”

I’ve been at this for the afternoon, removing and recreating managed users over and over again. Sometimes with content restrictions, sometimes with no restrictions as libraries that choosing to share contain only child-friendly media. And FYI, this was done to protect you due to a security issue, allowing only the owner access to streaming
