Managed users lost access to server overnight

Hey all, something strange happened recently with my Plex server. It was working fine and then suddenly overnight all my managed user accounts can no longer access the server. The admin account can access it absolutely fine (both remotely and locally!), and I’ve checked and nothing has changed about the library settings access for the user, and the server is saying it’s fully accessible remotely. Anyone have any clue what could be going on?

What’s the version of your PMS?
If your on a version between 1.41.7 and 1.42.0, you should upgrade to the latest public version.

I too am running into this issue. I have updated my PMS to 1.42.1.10060 and still the managed users will are not able to access the libraries. this started about two days ago. I have rebooted the server and still nothing. I removed access and then reshared access to the libraries and still nothing. This is starting to get frustrating and there is no email support so all I get is post on a forum where maybe I get an answer.
