PMS Bandwidth when remote streaming

I am curious if there is any way to stop Plex from streaming like this? Instead of spiking to 10mbps repeatedly is it possible to have it do continuous at around 4-5mbps? The spikes cause problems on my overall internet connection even though its only using half of my upload bandwidth. It causes weird ping spiking when playing video games like League.

Not really. Plex is an on-demand system so it sends the files a little bit at a time as it’s needed. The only way to limit this would be to set the internet upload limit on your PMS. With that applied, PMS won’t stream faster than that limit so no more spikes.
