For some reason the new PMS Plex Pass Version has a bandwidth limit integrated:
I have several >70Gb blurays that cannot be played at 28.5 Mbps. As a paying customer I am very disappointed.
All you have to do is leave “Internet upload speed” blank, and “Limit remote stream bitrate” at Original.
These are both under “Remote Access”.
As @alternativesurfer already indicated the settings that control bandwidth limiting are selectable by the server admin. Additionally, the question was answered in the other thread you created about the same subject
