PMS Broken Pipe and media streams stopping intermittently

Server Version#: 1.18.9.2571
Player Version#: 7.30.0.16390 NVidia Shield, 7.29.2.16071 FireTV, and I believe 6.9 on AppleTV

Experiencing an issue where the stream is constantly disrupted local and remote, on the network and at a remote location. The stream starts fine, but after 20 to 21 minutes (give or take a minute), the logs report broken pipe and the player says stream too slow and instructs you to reset server and player. Sometimes this is at other random times, but this pattern stands out. I have a family member that I can see every episode of a show and logs the stream stopping around this timeframe. This happens to multiple types of transcoded media (h264 and HEVC), multiple resolutions 720 up to 4k, transcoded on the fly and direct play. I’ve been running current hardware and network config for over a year with zero issues and it seems this started after the latest server update and/or Mac update to 10.15.4 over the last couple of weeks.
Digging through the logs, I see broken pipe message saying the player has disconnected, this appears to happen on LAN, WiFi and remote off network-connected devices. The current “solution” is to just click OK and start playing media again, which it picks right up almost immediately. Other streaming services on these devices working flawlessly. Not sure if others are seeing similar behavior, but any help or suggestions welcome.

Steps I’ve taken to try and fix the issue:
Set devices on the network to static IP, Server was already static.
Disable IPv6.
Reset static external NAT and port through the router, turned off UPnP.
Restarted all devices in stack, including router(s) and hub.
Turned off power efficiency options in MAC LAN settings.
