PMS cause QNAP to freeze for ~1hr

My QNAP server is disappearing from the LAN every few hours and is unreachable for 1-2hrs, during this time you can hear that it is working hard reading the HDDs.
recently I noticed when it came back that my RAM usage is full when the big consumer is PLEX SERVER.

this is not due to transcoding because no client was playing from the server and when I do play I dont see the RAM being filled up to max.

when I stopped the server from the app center this behavior stopped so I know it has something to do with PLEX

I tried to remove the library scan schedule and to remove the live tv DVR so it wont scan the guide but it didnt help and the NAS froze again.

My NAS is TS-253B with 2GB RAM

My Plex stopped working after the QNAP upgrade and I tried to use even old versions of plex but nothing works . any idea?

While it’s probably too late, may I have the log files?

For future reference… Anytime there is a problem please download the logs.
Those buffers are very small (50 MB) they only hold a couple hours of information.
