Need to reboot QNAP

Server Version#: 1.22.2.4282

I can watch plex at night time no problem but in the morning it’s using all the QNAP ram and most of the time I can’t log into QNAP and have to reboot.
Any ideas? Seems to be the latest update that it started happening.

Have you checked the scheduled tasks to see if you might have accidentally turned on some activity like preview thumbnails or intro detection. Those can be quite intensive.

I’ve always had them on and had no problems before. Is there somewhere that I can download the last software revision?

I do not have a link to previous versions. If you’ve had PMS download updates before, you should have an “update” folder inside your Plex data folder with earlier versions. Look there.

For your actual issue, I can’t say what is going on. If you can grab the PMS logs manually the next time this happens, I can take a look.

I turned off Analyze audio tracks for loudness as a scheduled task. It seems to have sorted it.
