Server connection issue with any updates past ( 1.13.4.5271 ) . I have been trying to do server updates since 1.13.4.5271 however anytime this is done and I try to open up the server on the same machine it tells me “cant find server” I have tried all steps in “why cant find plex” troubleshooting but not having any luck.
After i’m defeated on the steps I uninstall the latest PMS and go back to 1.13.4.5271 and everything is back to normal and i’m able to find my server. This is all done locally on my home network so and i’m even RDP to the sever and even locally to that machine the server can’t be found quickly… sometimes its 5-10 min, but downgrading and relaunching PMS its instant. I wait for a new update and then try again but its never promising. I have now setup a 2nd server to try doing the server updates on with a whole new indexed library just for testing… running out of ideas… can provide logs… just let me know what you want and where they are

New Theory… Maybe Router issue? This was resolved by windows sharing and I have already checked this… the DNS rebinding though??
