Every time a client tries to access the PMS it crashes, removing its icon from the taskbar. It’s been doing this for weeks, the last time being at about 4:10pm today.
I’ve removed every non-essential piece of software from the server, turned off the firewall etc. but it’s still crashing. (O/S is Windows 10 Pro)
Crash when testing out the intel hardware transcoding. See this forum post for the list of causes. In your cases, it would be either # 1 or # 3 in my list
