As soon as a friend wants to start a movie remotely PMS crashes. When I log in to my server i see the Plex logo in the tray but when I hoover the mouse over it it goes away (I guess only refreshing just then)
I found the corresponding logs you can find them attached. Edit: removed, I’m not sure if the logs I upload contain tokens? Better safe than sorry. How can I safely upload these logs?

Remote access generally involves transcoding to deal with speed limits.
Investigate whether disabling HW acceleration on the PMS fixes it.
HW acceleration enabled but not working causing fallback to software failures have been
reported a few times. Reverting to an earlier PMS or disabling HW acceleration is a common workaround.
Logs and more details are great. A test file from jell.yfish.us can help you make
a reproducible test case.
