PMS Dashboard not listing a Chromecast that is playing content

Player Version#: not sure - it’s an iPhone starting playback, then casting to a Gen1 Chromecast

I just had a user playing content on their iPhone Plex app, and it was showing in the Now Playing area of the Dashboard. But once they cast it to their Gen1 Chromecast, the Now Playing area says “Nothing is currently being played”. But I can see the data that is flowing to them in the Bandwidth area below. I called them to confirm that they are, indeed, watching just fine on their Chromecast.

I’ve seen old / closed threads regarding this but could not reply, so am posting this here. Is anyone else noticing this??
