Hi, so I’m running my Plex media server in docker for a few months now and and everything has worked perfectly until a couple of days ago:
Plex marks every new movie/tvshow as “Unavailable” in the interface. However, when I click on the “Unavailable”-Badge in the web interface it doesn’t mark the file path as unavailable. When I try to play the file it throws a “Error code: s1001 (Network)” exception.
Old media plays fine.
What I’ve tried so far:
- Checked all filesystem permissions (They are rwx for the Plex user)
- Readded the libraries
- Checked the files are playable from the docker host
I’m really scratching my head at this and can’t figure it out. Any tips on what to look for in the logs etc?

Some more info:
- The files are added by sonar/radarr via hardlinks (They are on the same filesystem)
- The files reside on my nas which is mounted on the docker host via cifs
