PMS don't recognize subtitles

Hi there,
with my server build Version 1.11.1.4768 on a Synology Diskstation subtitles won’t be recognized. I named all correct but they don’t appear, see the screenshots.

is the show actually matched?
I didn’t know 5-digit episode numbers are supported.

Yes, it’s matched. Also the naming works fine until yet with a lot of other series.

Is there a season folder? Subs fail often when it is missing.

Could you post the Plex XML info of one of those episodes?

I relocated the files to a season folder, unfortunately without success.

I added the media info, i think this is the requested xml, isn’t it.

No, this is not the Plex XML. Please take a look at my link.

you’re right…sorry…

i added the xml right now… it’s funny cause my safari shows only an empty page so i had to use a different browser

OK, I only wanted to see the guid=
This says it is matched with TMDB.

Is this your default agent for tv shows/anime? If not, can you check that LMA is really activated for the TMDB agent?

Thank you very much, this solved the problem. I changed the agent to my usually used TVDB with prober set of the local media asset option and it works instantly.
