PMS Internal access not working

Server Version#: 1.18.3.2156
Player Version#:
So I have recently installed PMS on a new Synology NAS. I get through the initial setup fine and add my libraries, but after around 20 mins, the server becomes inaccessible via its internal IP. I have tried reboots, stopping and starting the package and even uninstalling and reinstalling, including removing the plex user and shared folder. When I remove the shared folder and reinstall, I get back to the initial setup again, but after running through it, again, after 20 minutes, I am unable to access the web page.

what is interesting is that while I cannot access the server internally or externally, I can access it externally by logging into my plex account, so it must be functioning in some way…

Please go to the Control Panel - Shared Folders.

EDIT the Plex share.

Give your username R/W access (Permissions tab)

Now open File Station -> Plex -> Library / Application Support / Plex Media Server

Right-Click Logs -> Compress to Logs.zip

download and attach that ZIP file here please.

So i seem to have gone a step further. I currently have the local web interface working, but i cannot get to any settings or do much with it. I also have the same results from my plex account, it looks like my remove access has a red exclamation point next to it, even though this was working yesterday and no settings have changed

Plex Logs

Would you stop Plex, start plex, wait one minute, and stop it again.

Then ZIP all the logs (don’t delete the old rollover files) and attach it here.

Not sure how or why, but this just started working a couple of days ago. Its been stable over the last 72 hours, tried a couple of stop/starts and reboots.
