PMS not reachable even though logon through PMS succeeds

All,

rather weirdly I cannot access my PMS running on Synology (latest version - updated just now before writing this).

PMS is accessible local and remote. Logon success, but once logged on only me Dropbox Plex Cloud is shown, the PMS which I’m using to access the Web Interface is simply not displayed.

Tried updating, disconnecting and re-enabling the link to app.plex.tv.

Any ideas, advise?

Something is blocking Web. This usually happens then a bad IP range is entered in Allowed Networks --OR-- Network settings are Secure versus Preferred

Control Panel - Shared Folders - Edit the Plex share
Permissions tab, give your username R/W permission

Open File Station
Plex -> Libary -> Application Suport -> Plex Media Server

Right-Click Logs and Compress to Logs.zip

Attach the ZIP file
