Running PMS 1.13.0.5023. This is a new install on a new machine. Libraries worked perfectly before, but now I don’t get much of my music library. Nothing has changed in the directory structure, so I’m not sure why this would be.
Anyone have any advice? My movie and TV libraries came in just fine, so I’m at a loss.
Did you perhaps create a ‘Premium music library’ this time, while previously you only had a standard music library?
Premium libraries require that your music is organised into subfolders, following a
Music / Artist / Album / Tracks
schema.
And crucially, there must be not more than a few dozens of tracks within a single folder. Otherwise the premium music scanner will get stuck.
So it won’t work if you have a folder with a collection of 300 tracks “All Hits of the 80s” or something like that.
