PMS is not retrieving, finding MetaData for newly added movies

Player Version#: 4.12.2

In the past 2 days, I’ve added 3 movies and none have any metadata, about, release date, posters (cover art) nothing.
I’ve clicked ‘refresh metadata’ and ‘match’ a hundred times and nothing.
I’ve checked all connections, logins to the tv database and opensutitles etc and all three movies can be found at these sites and I’m able to load and login to them just fine.
I’ve cleared the movie db cache, stopped and started the PlexMediaService service, still nothing.
Anyone else seeing this issue?
the 4 movies are new re-rips (took the time to re-encode them at higher dpi, replacing existing straight copies of the dvd media file which both had all the metadata inc cover art) of Hunger Games: Mockingjay 1 and 2 and 2 new dvd copies of Man on a Ledge and Phone Booth… Again, all can be found w/o issue at TMDb.

Duhh…
we’ve had 3, fraction of a second power outagages here in central Texas in the past 2 days…
I thought, hmmm, maybe my external nic on the server might be ‘confused’ (hung).
So, I ifconfig eth0 down, then up and all is right in the world once again. Well at least with my PMS : )
