PMS is running but unreachable - might be 2FA related

Server Version#: Plex Media Server v1.31.1.6716-ca0c45ff8 - FreeBSD PC amd64

I started a 4k conversion job this morning and the other thing that I did, was activating 2FA while sign-out of all my devices, and I think that’s what cause the problem.
When I checked after a while for the conversion, the server was non-responsive. I ssh in and restarted the service to no avail. I restarted the jail and it did nothing.

When I check the status of plexmediaserver_plexpass service, it says it’s running. THe server is not reachable through app.plex.tv neither local ip:32400. There is just no response.
I tried restoring a snapshot, force an update with portmaster, everything went good but it’s still unreachable.
The iocage is on Truenas 13.1-p6

Can anyone help me troubleshoot this problem? I don’t wan’t to start over.

I was able to answer my own question.

The culprit was indeed 2FA. I had to navigate to the unsecured page(http://local-ip:32400) and claim the server again.
Problem I had was my bookmark was set on the secure version (https).

Then I was able to put the remote access back on.
