PMS isn't working on amazon fire tv

I have two aftv boxes and both were working just fine this afternoon, now all I get is the message that it cant connect directly and to try insecure connection, but it still comes up with the same message.
I’ve uninstalled and reinstalled the app, factory reset the router and then port forwarded and still nothing, seems like there is a new issue every day with pms, it’s really annoying.
Has anyone else had this issue???

I just checked and my Fire TV is working fine and has shown no problems.

I do not use it for most of my regular viewing as I prefer my Rokus BUT the Fire is vastly superior for use in the “Plex Cloud” beta testing (with Amazon Cloud Drive) so I use it for that and I like its interface with Vue better than either my Rokus or my Shield TV.

The Fire TV is rock solid as far as connecting to Plex it is just its interface and its remote that I like less than my Roku’s.

I don’t know if I’ve ever seen that error message on the Fire TV, only in Plex Web. Can you post an image?

I managed to solve the issue, it’s the secure connection idk why but when I disabled it, everything started working again, maybe it’s my isp but it frustrating as hell, everyday well almost everyday I have a new problem.
