PMS Logging Activity

Hi. I have Plex media Server installed on my Synology NAS, and the disk access Plex causes is almost constant, even when not in use. Looking at the accessed files (shown below) seem to suggest it’s mostly logging, and plugins. However, I have no music in my library at all, am not using a tuner, logging/debug is set to disabled or off and I have no plugins installed.

Is there anything that can be done to reduce this please? Thank you.

Those db files are not plugins, rather they are the plex databases themselves

Indeed. I understood that the db files were database files. I’m more curious about the log files and why they all (including the db files) seem to be being read/written to so frequently when there is nothing happening. Thanks.
