PMS no longer detected locally

Hello There,

Issue:
I have used PMS for many years and now it looks like my libraries are “gone”.
I am looking for the usual server settings, but those are nowhere to be found, just a prompt to install PMS. I am running Plex Web portal locally on the same machine running PMS.

I see the server process running, and logs show scans for updates as such:

So it appears PMS is running, just that the player is not able to connect to the local server.

I tried using a remote app, but get the same message stating to download PMS.

I am signed into my account.

I see the browser I am using listed in the authorized devices.

Firewall is off.

Already tried uninstalling and reinstalling PMS.

Rebooted the PC.

Any help is welcomed.

Server Version#: Plex Media Server v1.24.2.4973-2b1b51db9
Player Version#: Plex Local Web Player
