PMS not picking up "Ava (2020)" movie

Player Version#: Windows 1.17.0.1376-439f8b7f

directory/movie name:

Ava (2020) # ls
Ava 2020 WEBDL-1080p.mkv

I’ve tried every which way to get plex to scan/add this but it just wont discover. I’ve had zero issues with any other movie. Turned on debug/verbose logging and got the following in the PMS.log:

Which looks like it’s detecting something, but it never adds. Once it finishes scanning and I try to search for it, it doesn’t show anything:

looks like somone already reported:

fixed by splitting onward, then “fixing match”

Verbose Logging Useless
(exactly as indicated - DO NOT ENABLE unless specifically instructed to do so)

Hi! Sorry, for the newbie question. Can someone explain a bit more what “fixed by splitting onward, then “fixing match”” means?

Apparently the movie Ava and the movie Onward were linked as a duplicate. Splitting these results in two listings for Onward. Examining each of those for the filename indicates which one should have Fix Match applied.
